Dear Claudia,
I am in touch to send a very belated thank you on behalf of my new husband and I. Your arrangements for our Tahiti in August were unbelieveable, and we couldn't be more satisfied!
I will send some photos and would be happy to provide some feedback on the properties in Moorea, Huahine and Bora Bora. All-in-all, your recommendations were perfect and our only wish is that we could go back tomorrow!

Thanks for helping us book an excellent trip! It was a nice stay in Fiji and we enjoyed it very much. For anyone going to the Coral Coast area, you have got to recommend the Eco Park, just across the street from Outrigger resort. It is bar-none one of the best natural habitat zoos I have ever visited. The outer island are also highly recommended, we enjoyed the main island but found the out islands much more satisfying and relaxing. Musket Cove was very nice and quiet, it was nice to be able to just relax and enjoy the beach. Whereas, Hideaway was more busy and had evening entertainment as well. We enjoyed them both, but would definitly go back to the out islands again. The mainland was nice to see and visit, but was a "been there, done that" sort of event. On the other hand the outer islads were pure relaxation, a real do nothing if you want to experience. We would highly recommend Musket Cove to anyone considering it. Thanks again for setting up a great trip!.
PS. If you ever need a reference for anyone of your customers, please do not hesitate to use My wife or I, we think you did a first class job on the trip!

wie sind wieder (leider) in SFO gelandet und seit einer Woche am arbeiten.
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub und wollten uns bei Dir fuer die tolle Organisation
bedanken. Es war alles PERFECT!
Die Hotels waren allesamt wunderschoen, die Transporte haben alle funktioniert und das Wetter hat auch noch mitgespielt. Die Blue Lagoon Gold Club Cruise war ein traumhaftes Erlebnis und wird uns noch sehr lange in Erinnerung bleiben.
Kurz gesagt: wir sind rundum happy!!!
Wir werden Euch gerne weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf mit Dir die naechste Reise nach Tonga und Samoa zu planen.

Hello Claudia,
I wanted to thank you for your help with our honeymon flight to Tahiti. Our other travel agent was unable to help us when we lost our original flights on AOM(due to bankruptcy), but you came through for us with a wonderful flight on Air New Zealand. In addition, I really do appreciate your confirmation of our flight after the attacks in New York. Like everyone else, we were unsure if were going to be able to leave LAX for our honeymoon, but your flight confirmation message on my cell phone was very reassuring and set my mind at ease.
We had a wonderful time in Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora. We will definitely book more travel through you and we will definitely recommend you to any of our friends that are traveling to the S. Pacific.

Just a note to let you know about our trip to Tahiti/Moorea/Bora Bora. As you know, I had been thinking about and anticipating this trip for months - it lived up to all my expectations! The scenery and lagoons were beautiful, and the Tahitian people we met were so pleasant. The overwater bungalows were definitely the way to go....we fed the fish and saw a sting ray go right under our hut! We also took a scuba diving lesson, snorkeled every day , and generally had a fabulous time. By the way, Air New Zealand was great--I have never been able to sleep wll on planes, but the big seats on the Air New Zealand plane made it easy to get some rest. Thanks so much for your help in planning the trip. I will definitely tell my friends to contact you if they can get away to Bora Bora.

Just wanted to thank you for your help in planning the perfect honeymoon!!!!!! Everything was beyond our expectations. The islands were beyond beautiful and the people were incredibly friendly.
Staying at the Sauvage was truly one of the most fun experiences of my life. I should tell you that on our first day there, there was only one other couple staying there on the second day we were the only guests. Your own private island for your honeymoon what could be better.
We also truly enjoyed the Pearl Beach. Your description was right- the most amazing blue water I have ever seen.
It seemed like our entire trip was one highlight after another, but one that ranks near the top was something you recommended to us. We had dinner at Le Lotus before our plane left for LAX. Words can't describe that place. Incredibly romantic, excellent service, and even better food. What a great way for us to end the trip.
Thanks again for your help and I hop we can work together again in the future. (We are already talking about an Australia or New Zealand tour next summer).

We are back from Tahiti and it was a trip we will never forget! Thank you so much for all your suggestions. The hotel in Bora Bora you recommended - Pearl Beach - was phenomenal, especially with your suggested upgrade. We had bungalow #44 - the last one on the point and the best of the lot! I recommend it for any future clients who can reserve it. We also visited the Hotel Bora Bora and although the snorkeling was nicer and the hotel a bit more upscale in terms of decor, the location and accommodations at the Pearl Beach were superior. Also, the Sofitel on Moorea was lovely as was the island itself. Extremly interesting to tour around and very varied. The La Tierra on Huahine was also fantastic and there the garden rooms are nicer than the overwater ones we though- again a good call on your part. The contrast between the three islands was just enough to keep us in awe each time. Having the isolation of Huahine sandwiched between the more bustling Moorea and Bora Bora hotels was also great. The Heiva festival was on all week and we saw several competitions on Bora Bora that proved to be great entertainment. Finally the snorkeling on all 3 islands and especially the super clear water were fantastic. All the interisland connections and flights went smoothly as glass. Hawaii air was late 4 trips out of 4 however (Papeete to Honolulu was delayed 5 hours) so warn your future travelers! Again, thank you so much for everything, you did a marvelous job and our 25th anniversary will not soon be forgotten!

It was like being stranded on a deserted island, only you have the ship anchored nearby! It was way beyond what I expected!!!!

You did a SUPER job. Many thanks for keeping on top of all the flight changes. I don't think I've ever taken a trip where so many flights were canceled and we had to rebook. With all the extra work you had to do we are VERY CONCERNED about the amount of commission you made. Was it enough? Is there something extra we can offer?
Will recommend your agency to others (have already). Next time I'll also book all the way with you. Since I never think its too early to start thinking about next year, keep us in mind for travel arrangements for the same time.
Give us a list of top notch places your clients have been enjoying we will take a look at them.

Hi Claudia,
Chris and I just returned from our fabulous two week vacation in Fiji. The four day Blue Lagoon Cruise aboard the MV Mystique was amazing. The crew was great and the islands were beautiful. Thanks to you we were given an upgrade to a higher deck. Our stay at Malolo resort was wonderful. The resort was quiet since this is the end of their season. We felt at times as if we had the resort to ourselves!
The staff was great and took care of our every need. The Bures are in the process of being redone. We toured a new interior and found it to be beautiful. We did an island hopping tour and visited other resorts, we concluded that Malolo was the best. We decided to forgo our last night at the Sheraton Royal, which was equally lovely and stay another night on Malolo! The travel arrangements were great thanks to you.
We will definitely book another vacation with you in the near future.

You are the BEST at what you do! Everything you suggested for our trip to French Polynesia was perfect, and we had an enchanting, dazzling, astonishing, fantasmagoric honeymoon. There was just one problem: we had to return to our normal lives! What an adjustment!
But we have already begun thinking of our next French Polynesia trip though it will be several years from now; however, we have every intention of returning to Eden and to having you help us with our trip.
